Following this morning’s scheduled maintenance, we identified an issue affecting how the status page calculates system availability. As a result, the page may incorrectly indicate that the OCEAN platform is down and display inaccurate availability percentages.
Please note that there are no actual service disruptions — the OCEAN platform is fully operational. The issue is limited to the status page calculation logic.
Our team is actively investigating and working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will provide an update once the fix has been implemented.
